Big Day.

Granite installers showed up at 9 AM sharp with our stones.  It took them about 3.5 hours start to finish, and everything is in and looking perfect.

Yaaay, my big island!

White Ice granite was absolutely the correct choice.  It's a knockout.

And the Danby Montclair marble in the guest bath is gorgeous!

To the right of the rangetop.

All done: sink mounted and secure, surface clean, and protected with plastic sheeting.

Hey look, it's two of the toilets!  LOLOL.  Kohler Elliston, very nice.

Left of the rangetop.

More Kohler bits...Archer pedestal sink and toilet.

Craig and his crew began the finish grading work, in advance of construction of the rain garden.

Future front lawn.

Front lawn looking toward driveway and the eponymous Pavilion in the distance.

Isidro and his crew continue to steam along with painting; these are the vanity doors for the guest bathroom.

Kitchen cabinet front sides were sprayed today; the back sides were done yesterday morning.

Left side of future back yard.

Future side yard.

My kitchen!  Looks pretty crazy at the moment, but it'll finish superbly.

More doors & drawer faces, just sprayed.

Right side of future back yard.  Rain garden will be straight ahead.

Future side yard runing alongside the driveway.  It was masterfully sculpted to funnel extreme amounts of storm water to the rain garden.
