The final poly coat was applied on Thursday 4/10, meaning no one can enter the house until Monday 4/14. I think the floors will be buffed that day and then they're done. Some of the final landscaping took place.
This is the kind of mess we're leaving behind soon. Sure, it rained heavily on Monday, but this rental property has the worst grading I've ever seen. Just awful.
