Rain garden is pretty much complete except for plantings/final landscaping. Irrigation system installed Saturday 4/5. Floors were stained (Minwax "Provincial") as well, and will get three coats of poly before all is said and done. Exterior painting is 98% complete.
Here's the overflow tank for the rain garden, along with some of the base structural components.
Chad installed the decorative "shelf" on the range hood cabinet valance. Isidro will caulk & paint it toward the end.
Backsplash tiles look blotchy because the thinset is drying through them. Once all the thinset and grout are dry, the tile will not be blotchy and then I'll seal it.
There's my Bug, with the house in the background. The common areas at The Pavilion are wonderful. Big selling point for us.
Irrigation lines going in.
Rain garden nearing completion.
This handsome guy was slumbering peacefully on the wall of the screened porch yesterday.
FEEL THE POWER. lololol
Added to the well pump is the irrigation feed (the white PVC with the red valve handle).
