A couple of rain days, but honestly we needed 'em; it's been a dry early autumn. Cruising right along - 2nd floor is nearly framed out, and the Pros from Dover are starting on the roof supports.

(Stacked in the corner are some of the EcoSmart LED can lights that'll be installed throughout the house; we'll probably finish with between 20 and 30). I got a jump on buying them because sale. LOL.
